Refund policy

Under Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees, you have the right to request a replacement or refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept refunds for sale items or clearance stock. Additionally, refunds are not accepted for products that have been opened or used. Please note that changes of mind or issues with palatability are not valid reasons for returns.

For all returns or refunds, please contact us first at info (at) barklytreats.com.au to arrange a drop-off or delivery address. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, it will cover the cost of the product(s) only, not the total order amount including shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. For exchanges, please allow the usual packing and shipping timeframes for the replacement product to reach you.
