Yes, our treats are suitable for puppies. They are made from natural ingredients and are designed to be safe and healthy for dogs of all ages. However, we recommend checking with your veterinarian before introducing any new treats to your puppy's diet.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.

Yes, it is often possible to change the address after placing an order, as long as we have not yet shipped it. Please contact us at info@barklytreats.com.au as soon as possible to request an address change. Provide us with your order number and the new address. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we should be able to update the address for you.

We ship anywhere in the world. A flat fee of $50 will apply for overseas orders. Please note that bulky orders may incur additional charges.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept refunds for sale items or clearance stock. Additionally, refunds are not accepted for products that have been opened or used. Please note that changes of mind or issues with palatability are not valid reasons for returns.
