Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will be happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit (postage not included).

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products. Likewise, we do not accept returns for purchases made via our retail partners.

As you can probably imagine, we receive numerous requests for free samples, and we completely empathise with pet owners who want their fussy dogs to try our products before committing. Regrettably, as a small business, we are unable to fulfil free sample requests for everyone. Nevertheless, we do offer a sample pack of our delicious, all-natural crunchy treats that is available for purchase.

The frequency of treating your dog depends on their individual needs and overall diet.

Our recommendation based on a healthy dog is:

Small Dogs: 4-5 treats a day

Medium Dogs: 6-7 treats a day

Large Dogs: 8-10 treats a day
